Our faculty and students represent the diversity of a South African society based on human dignity, equality and freedom. This clinic is located on UJ`s main campus and while the focus is on general court procedures and family law, other types of cases will be considered if our court plans allow. The Executive Secretary of the Legal Clinic, Ms. Magda Otto, also has her office there. The clinic is well known in the surrounding suburbs and attracts a steady stream of clients. However, some customers also come from other more remote areas. The Faculty of Law offers the following bachelor`s degrees (only offered on the Auckland Park Kingsway campus) The UJ School of Law offers traditional law programs such as BA Law, BCom Law and LLB, as well as LLM degrees through theses and courses and LLD degrees in various important fields.
