Nicola works as Senior Privacy Counsel at Bupa Global, Bupa`s international private health insurance company. She is a UK licensed lawyer who started her legal career at a private law firm and joined Bupa internally four years ago to focus on full integration into a business. Nicola has experience implementing and managing a data protection framework in a global company. She is responsible for Bupa Global`s compliance with international data protection laws and is particularly interested in cross-border data transfers due to the nature of her work.
