The OSR NW is organized into departments that provide advice on command, court martial and legal aid. This department advises on a variety of civil law matters, including: The Norfolk Personnel Claims Unit, Pearl Harbor Detachment, is responsible for processing claims filed for household goods claims. Damage packages can be accessed online by clicking on the claim icon at the bottom right of the home screen. The claim package contains detailed step-by-step instructions on how to complete your application.
